Preventive and Corrective maintenance reports are documented with complete details of the systems and spare parts to avoid repetition of fault occurrences.

Recommends facility operator procuring mandatory spare parts and maintaining inventory to expedite corrective maintenance.

Review existing security systems and submit contingency and continuity plans.

Submit periodic systems functioning reports and recommend facility operator for any replacement of systems that may cause security threat to facility due to non-availability of spare parts, beyond repairs, replacement cost feasibility and obsolete spares parts.
